Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also is an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cook instructor. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook appeared for the first time in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10, and appeared in national commercials for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School.
